• We supply a single mattress for babies upon request only
• We are a pet friendly resort and allow a total of 1x medium sized dog to stay per chalet however, no pets are allowed on the furniture and must sleep in a crate or on the floor. We will charge the full deposit amount for any additional cleaning fees incurred.

• Prices are inclusive of VAT (15%) as per legislation.
• A verbal or email booking without payment is not seen as a confirmed booking.
• A presented quote is not seen as a reservation or confirmed reservation. A quotation is a formal presentation on services required from Thanda Tau (Pty) Ltd.
• A reservation request, even when followed by a quotation, is not considered a confirmed booking. Please re-confirm availability if quotation is accepted before making payment. 
• Thanda Tau (Pty) Ltd accepts the following methods of payments:
  o Cash Payments
  o Credit card payments- Credit card payments only during office hours, 07h00-21h00.
• Electronic funds transfer (EFT) and Direct deposits:
  •  Guest surname and arrival date to be issued as reference on payment.
  • Thanda Tau (Pty) Ltd shall not be held responsible for any payment made that is not traceable to a reservation. The reservation will not be confirmed without proof of payment presented immediately after payment if a default reference has been used.
  • All banking details appear on the quotation, pro forma and invoices.
  • The outstanding balance is payable on arrival and any additional expenses on departure.
  • A levy of 5% will be charged on direct deposits.

• Reception hours are from 07h00 to 21h00.
• Any arrival after 21h00 must be confirmed with reception so arrangements can be made for guests to collect their room key at the OK Express located inside the Sasol N3 East Service Station opposite.
• Check in time from 14:00.
• Check out time 10:00.
• No loud music is allowed at the units, we promote a peaceful atmosphere at Thanda Tau.
• Housekeeping staff will be available, should you require additional cleaning, please make prior arrangements at reception.
• Laundry can be washed and ironed at an additional charge.
